YZP-1巖石自由膨脹率試驗(yàn)儀概述：
該儀器是巖石試件在浸水后產(chǎn)生的徑向和軸向變形分別與試件直徑和高度之比，以百分?jǐn)?shù)表示。該試驗(yàn)儀器為千分表數(shù)字直讀式結(jié)構(gòu)，適用于各類巖石膨脹性試驗(yàn)中的側(cè)向約束情況下，軸向位移變化的試驗(yàn)，配有透水板，千分表等試驗(yàn)裝置。
Overview of YZP-1 Rock Free Expansion Tester:
This instrument is the ratio of the radial and axial deformation of the rock specimen after immersion in water to the diameter and height of the specimen, expressed as a percentage. The test instrument has a dial indicator digital direct-reading structure, which is suitable for the test of the axial displacement change under lateral restraint in various types of rock swelling tests.

YZP-1巖石自由膨脹率試驗(yàn)儀試驗(yàn)步驟：
★將試件放人自由膨脹率試驗(yàn)儀內(nèi)，在試件上下分別放置透水板，頂部放置一塊金屬板。
★在試件上部和四側(cè)對(duì)稱的** 部位分別安裝千分表。四側(cè)千分表與試件接觸處，宜放置一塊薄銅片。
★讀記千分表讀數(shù)，每10min讀記1次，直至3次讀數(shù)不變。
★緩慢地向盛水容器內(nèi)注人潔凈水，直至淹沒上部透水板。
★在第1小時(shí)內(nèi)，每隔l0min測(cè)讀變形1次，以后每隔1h測(cè)讀變形1次，直至3次讀數(shù)差不大于0.001mm為止。浸水后試驗(yàn)時(shí)間不得小于48h。
★試驗(yàn)過程中，應(yīng)保持水位不變，水溫變化不得大于2℃
★試驗(yàn)過程中及試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，應(yīng)詳細(xì)描述試件的崩解、掉塊、表面泥化或軟化等現(xiàn)象。
YZP-1 rock free expansion rate tester test steps:
★ Put the test piece in the free expansion rate tester, place a water permeable plate above and below the test piece, and place a metal plate on the top.
★ Mount the dial indicator on the upper part of the test piece and the symmetrical parts on the four sides. A thin copper sheet should be placed where the dial indicator on four sides contacts the test piece.
★ Read and read the dial indicator, every 10 minutes, until 3 readings remain unchanged.
★ Slowly pour clean water into the water container until the upper permeable board is flooded.
★ In the first hour, measure the deformation once every 10min, and then measure the deformation once every 1h, until the difference between the three readings is not more than 0.001mm. The test time after immersion in water shall not be less than 48h.
★ During the test, the water level should be kept constant, and the water temperature change should not be greater than 2 ℃
★ During the test and after the test, the phenomena of disintegration, block dropping, muddying or softening of the test piece shall be described in detail.
