NDJ-5S旋轉(zhuǎn)粘度計工作原理：
本儀器為數(shù)顯粘度計，由電機經(jīng)變速帶動轉(zhuǎn)子作恒速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當轉(zhuǎn)子在液體中旋轉(zhuǎn)時，液體會產(chǎn)生作用在轉(zhuǎn)子上的粘度力矩，該粘性力矩也越大；
反之，液體的粘度越小，該粘性力矩也越小。該作用在轉(zhuǎn)子上的粘性力矩由傳感器檢測出來，經(jīng)計算機處理后得出被測液體的粘度。
本儀器采用微電腦技術，能方便地設定量程（轉(zhuǎn)子號及轉(zhuǎn)速），對傳感器檢測到的數(shù)據(jù)進行數(shù)字處理，并且在顯示屏上清晰地顯示出測量時設定的轉(zhuǎn)子號、轉(zhuǎn)速、被測液體的粘度值及其滿量程百分比值等內(nèi)容。
NDJ-5S配有4個轉(zhuǎn)子（1、2、3、4號）和4檔轉(zhuǎn)速（6、12、30、60轉(zhuǎn)/分），由此組成的16種組合，可以測量出測定范圍內(nèi)的各種液體的粘度。
Working principle of NDJ-5S rotary viscometer:
