乳化瀝青粘結(jié)力測定儀主要特點(diǎn)：

乳化瀝青粘結(jié)力測定儀試驗(yàn)步驟：
★將初凝后的試件置于粘結(jié)力試驗(yàn)儀的氣動(dòng)橡膠墊下面，放置15分鐘。
★將氣動(dòng)橡膠墊底座壓在試件上面，用自行車氣筒或空氣壓縮機(jī)向儀器加壓。
★當(dāng)儀器壓力表達(dá)到0.72Mpa時(shí)，保持此壓力，此時(shí)橡膠底座對(duì)試件的壓力為193Kpa。
★達(dá)到壓力并保持不變后，將測扭矩扳手測力表歸零并套住氣缸上端，在0.7-1秒內(nèi)平穩(wěn)、水平地扭轉(zhuǎn)90-120度，并讀取扭矩儀讀數(shù)。
★升起橡膠底座，并擦干凈底部待下次測試。
★此后每隔15分鐘重復(fù)上述步驟。
★當(dāng)固化時(shí)間較長時(shí)，間隔時(shí)間可延長到30分鐘重復(fù)試驗(yàn)一次。
★重復(fù)試驗(yàn)直至達(dá)到A大扭矩，且此扭矩為定值時(shí)為止。
★記錄達(dá)到大扭矩時(shí)的時(shí)間即固化時(shí)間，固化時(shí)間加上初凝時(shí)間就是稀漿混合料的‘早期開放交通時(shí)間’
Emulsified asphalt adhesion tester test steps:
★ Place the test piece after initial setting under the pneumatic rubber pad of the adhesion tester and leave it for 15 minutes.
★ Press the base of the pneumatic rubber pad on the test piece and pressurize the instrument with a bicycle air pump or air compressor.
★ When the pressure of the instrument is expressed to 0.72Mpa, keep this pressure. At this time, the pressure of the rubber base on the test piece is 193Kpa.
★After reaching the pressure and keeping the same, return the torque wrench force gauge to zero and cover the upper end of the cylinder, and smoothly and horizontally twist 90-120 degrees in 0.7-1 seconds, and read the torque meter reading.
★ Raise the rubber base and wipe the bottom clean for the next test.
★ Repeat the above steps every 15 minutes thereafter.
★ When the curing time is long, the interval can be extended to 30 minutes to repeat the test.
★ Repeat the test until the A high torque is reached, and the torque is constant.
★ Record the time when the high torque is reached, that is, the curing time. The curing time plus the initial setting time is the 'early open traffic time' of the slurry mixture.

乳化瀝青粘結(jié)力測定儀注意事項(xiàng)：
儀器長期不使用，每半個(gè)月將活塞桿上下活動(dòng)，如活塞過緊，需加潤滑機(jī)油。測扭矩版搜也需每月轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)幾次。
Precautions for emulsified asphalt adhesion tester:
The instrument will not be used for a long time, and the piston rod will move up and down every half month. If the piston is too tight, it needs to be lubricated with oil. The torque test version also needs to be rotated several times a month.
