路面材料強度試驗儀結構原理：
該儀器由底座、減速箱、立柱、橫梁及罩殼等組成。
電動機及控制電器置于底座內，減速箱置于底座上。
橫梁、減速箱及底座經兩根立柱相聯(lián)接，橫梁并可上下調節(jié)，以適應不同高度的試樣，橫梁下平面可聯(lián)接測力環(huán)。
底座及減速箱外面裝有罩殼。
試驗儀加載有兩種形式，一種是電動，電動機由同步齒形帶傳遞給減速箱，經減速箱減速后，旋轉運動轉換成絲桿的垂直運動，從而達到對試樣垂直加載的功用。另一種是手動，將調速手柄置于空檔，即可用搖手柄進行手動加載。
Structural principle of pavement material strength tester:
The instrument consists of a base, a reduction box, a column, a beam and a cover.

The beam, the reduction box and the base are connected by two upright columns. The beam can be adjusted up and down to accommodate samples of different heights. The lower plane of the beam can be connected with a force measuring ring.
A cover is installed on the base and the reduction box.
The tester is loaded in two forms. One is electric. The motor is transmitted to the reduction gear by a synchronous toothed belt. After the reduction gear is decelerated, the rotation movement is converted into the vertical movement of the screw, so as to achieve the function of vertical loading of the sample. The other is manual. Put the speed control handle in neutral position, and you can use the rocker handle for manual loading.

1.路面材料強度試驗儀的絲桿盤上升的**限位置為其盤面距基座箱體頂面300mm；絲桿盤下降的**限位置為其盤面距基座箱體頂面60mm，如果超過以上兩個**限，路面材料強度試驗儀有可能會損壞。
2.試驗儀應該安放在一個地面應平坦、穩(wěn)固的位置，而且試驗儀應有接地安全防護裝置。
3.應注意經常對路面材料強度試驗儀進行維護保養(yǎng)：
①.應經常保持路面材料強度試驗儀的干凈整潔，每次使用完后須清掃臺面及周圍環(huán)境并擦拭干凈。
②.絲桿及盤子，立柱擦拭干凈后應涂上防銹油，并每天使用前應向絲桿滴注適量的潤滑油（20號機油）。以保證絲桿在工作中正常潤滑，減少磨損延長使用壽命。
③.不使用時應將防護套罩好。
