送紙單元

·可連續(xù)或隔張送紙（有計(jì)數(shù)器）。

·采用前緣滾輪送紙，可調(diào)整送紙行程，減輕拉紙輥的壓力。

·前緣送紙加大吸風(fēng)流量，送紙更平穩(wěn)、準(zhǔn)確。

·變頻控制真空氣流及壓力，以配合紙板尺寸。

·拉紙膠輥為雙層膠，內(nèi)層軟、外層硬，既保持內(nèi)層彈性又保證表面耐磨，減少壓扁送入 , 的紙板。

·除塵裝置：毛刷及風(fēng)機(jī)清除紙板表面紙屑。多個(gè)風(fēng)機(jī)直抽加多排靜電毛刷　及轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)圓毛刷，清除紙板表面粉塵。

干燥單元

·膠墊輥補(bǔ)償采用獨(dú)立馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，控制膠墊輥筒的速度，補(bǔ)償范圍 ±3.5mm，使膠墊輥與刀模輥速度保持一致。

·膠墊輥機(jī)械螺旋換向 50mm 游動(dòng)裝置，提高了膠墊的使用壽命。

·橫向相位，電腦及電動(dòng)數(shù)字式控制，控制范圍在±10mm。

·模切相位調(diào)整通過 PLC 伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)。
