產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：

● 短流程、內(nèi)置式走布管設(shè)計(jì)的針織布機(jī)型，使該機(jī)達(dá)到高品質(zhì)的染色效果，并且操作方便、合理，受到印染行業(yè)*。
● 機(jī)器載布量分：50kg、 100kg、 250kg、 500kg、 1000kg等。

● 染色流程短，布長(zhǎng)適中，浴比低。
● 內(nèi)置式復(fù)合變徑式導(dǎo)布管：可將張力降至最小，并且有效清除經(jīng)向折痕的功能。
● 溢流與噴射水流的噴嘴可供選用：適合布克重從50~600g/m2的各種高檔織物染色。
● 機(jī)器高度低，張力低，染色后縮水率小，成品碼重容易達(dá)成。

Machine Features:

● The knitted weaving omnibearing machine model with the design of short process and built-in tube renders the machine high-quality dyeing effect. Besides,

it is easy and rational for peration, which has won the unanimous praises in the dyeing industry.
● The cloth loading amount of the machine includes 50kg, 100kg, 250kg, 500kg and 1000kg and so on.

● The dyeing process is short, the length of cloth is appropriate and the bath ratio is low.
● The built-in compound variable diameter guide tube: it can reduce the tension to the minimal and effectively remove warp-wise wrinkles.
● You can also choose the overflow and jet flow nozzle: it is suitable for the dyeing of variable high-end fabrics with the weight range of 50~600g/m2.
● The height of the machine is low, the tension is low, the shrinkage rate after dyeing is small and the code weight of finished products is easy to be realized.
